About sample making and sample fee

Sometimes new customer wanna get a sample first to check design and quality before batch order, as factory we can understand.

We'd like to and always provide sample making service to our customer.

We’ve also been stood up quite a few times when we’re handling sample services for clients. for example, they boast about having follow-up orders when they clearly don’t, and all they actually want is a customized sample. Such behavior is a huge waste of our time, energy and efforts.These experience really makes us very frustrated.

Actually, making one sample takes the same time and effort as a full production run—you have to go through every process. The hard part is coordination, with both the production team and our suppliers. And since the quantity is tiny, our sales reps are also stressed about customers not placing bulk orders after getting the sample. Especially on busy production season(October - June). (There are many pottensial cost behind sample making)

That's the reason we charge 100USD as sample fee, when customer place batch order, we can refund or deduct 100USD on bill.

About quantity, If your order less than 10pcs, pls make 10pcs directly, do not make sample first then procede rest 9pcs, it's a nightmare for most factory. Becasue in production view, factory produce SUP more than 500pcs everyday, there is no difference between 1pc or 10pcs.
