JTRDA Factory QR Code Tracking System Guarantee Product Quality

2025, this year, our factory developed QR Code Tracking system. As below picture shows:

it means, if customer feedback us the serial number, we can tracking detail production time and different production process worker's name. Very helpful especially when product have quality defect problem and within warranty. 

So how does it generate? First is print the label. As below picture shows:

Second step, the sealing process workers will adhesive label on PVC patch.

Use our own company phone App, employee can scan the QR code and generate piecework information. Like this:

Only use our company app can scan and get infomation, use other app scan is useless. as below picture shows:

The other production process workers both need to scan the QR code, no scan, no piece-rate wages. So each finished product will have a QR code card as picture shows uill the end packing process:

-1. The QR code only works by our company app, other app not works.

-2. Except a seril number, no any infomation about manufacture on QR code card.

-3. QR code will helps when compensate during warranty, don't worry factory find excuses to delay compensation.

-4. QR code card shows the factory's confidence of product quality and emphasis on warranty commitments.
