We can get conclusion: 1 set 10'6" paddle board in simple design with cheapest poor quality accessories production cost at least 66USD.
Price war is fierce especially on large quantity order, sometimes 2USD is enough to consider other suppliers. Some factories choose save cost on these parts:
-1. Drop stitch material
(Use unfamous drop stitch supplier, their price cheap and material do not under long time maket test, mateiral seperation or board explosion sometimes happened on these mateiral) 
(pls note two of biggest drop stitch material factory brand in China is Sijia and Huasheng )
-2. Reduce thickness of drop stitch material
(Normal thickness of single layer drop stitch is 1.35mm, some factory will "customized" thickness of drop stitch material for example 1mm. The layer thinner, cost cheaper.)
-3. Adop poor quality accessories
For example easy leakage air valve, easy broken guage hand pump, poor quality bag, thinner safety leash etc....
