1. The MOQ of Drop Stitch Material:

-1. Board width: 

-1.1. The common width of drop stitch material is 155/165/168cm, one material cut two boards, so, 168cm/2=84cm=33"; 

That's the reason why most paddle boards width is 28"-33";

-1.2. If board width more than 33", for example 36", how factory produce them?

There are two methods:

① One material cut only one board, the rest abandon, in this way, price need including abandon part cost.

② If large quantity, factory can customzied material width from supplier, so still, one material cut two boards.

-2. Color: 

-2.1. The common drop stitch color is white, that's the reason why most white boards no MOQ.

-2.2. If customer wanna other color for drop stitch material, how factory produce them?

There are three methods:

① If large quantity, factory can customzied color of drop stitch material from supplier.

② If customer accept double layers, factory can adhesive color PVC on top and bottom of drop stitch material.

But you need have specific color of PVC on stock at first.

③ You can digital print the color on white drop stitch material, but price need including print fees.

-3. Shape/Outline: 

-3.1. Shape is not only means "All-round" "Crusier" "Touring" "Racing", but also including Size;

Therefore, same shape in different size is a new shape; 

Same size in different shape is a new shape.

If customer order have too many shapes but in small quantity on each shape, 

normally supplier will suggst customer to reduce the total shape quantities to make sure production arrangement smooth.
