Warranty

All JTRDA paddle boards and kayaks, single layer 1 year, double layers or MSL fusion layer warranty 3 years since receiving day. 

1. Product defect as below will be replaced new one or refund directly

Center handle fall off

Center handle fall off means lift function fail, it's unacceptable.

- 100% compensate or replaced new one

Air leakage

Air leakage from side rail or valve in slow or fast speed is unacceptable, sealing must be repeatedly test before shipping, it's about customer safety and product life.

- 100% compensate or replaced new one

(Note: if leakage from air valve, can use wrench tighten the valve in repair kit)

Blow up

Most blow up paddle board have same 3 factor:

-1. High pressure (over 15PSI)

-2. Long time sunshine

-3. On ground or on sand (not in water)

- 100% compensate or replaced new one

Large glue open

Large scale glue open on side rail or on EVA is unacceptable

- 100% compensate or replaced new one.

Abnormal bending

Paddle board in abnormal bending or twist is unacceptable.

- 100% compensate or replaced new one.

2. Product defect as below can be DIY repaired

EVA bubble

EVA bubble can be punctured with a needle, notice: Do not damage the board body in case air leakage.

Small glue open

Small glue open as right picture shows, can be repaired by glue tube in repair kit.

3. Product defect as below need negototiate

Gravity center wrong

If center handle do not in gravity center, it may caused board head or tail touch the ground. Need negotiage how compensate from two parties.

Print damage

Printer print color more easy appear color scratch or fade, so when designing, pls try use Drop stitch/PVC/EVA orginal material color as best you can.

4. Accessories broken

① Accessory replaceable part broken, send new replaced part instead directly.

② Accessory un-replaceable, send new accessory replaced directly.
